Pine Forest Golf Club will host the 2010 Bobby “Bevo” Bryant Memorial Golf Tournament on Sept. 18. This golf tournament was established in the late 1990s and is one of the major fundraising activities benefiting the Boys and Girls Club of Bastrop.
The tournament format is a four-person scramble with prizes awarded for first, second and third place for both gross and net team scores. Prizes for longest drive, closest to the pin and a hole-in-one opportunity to win a vehicle will be featured. At the conclusion of tournament play, a ball drop will be held.
A VIP sponsor event will be held the Friday evening prior featuring a putting contest, live auction and music provided by the Local Hero band from Bastrop.
