Bluebonnet Electric Cooperative recently launched its regional economic development website, which provides powerful tools and resources to foster economic growth in Central Texas.

Bluebonnetregion.com is loaded with quick facts, a video on the region, economic indicators and demographic data.

There you can find city and county profiles, with which users can create customized reports on specific areas, and maps that show major metropolitan areas, major highways, international and regional airports and railroads in the region.

One of the website’s most useful sections is an interactive map that allows users to add layers of data, such as utilities’ boundaries and infrastructure, property boundary lines, zip codes, and much more, to a specific location.

Economic development professionals in both the public and private sector have praised Bluebonnet’s regional economic development website.
