• On Aug. 9, Officer Luis Medrano was dispatched to the Brookshire Brothers Grocery store in reference to a person trespassing on the property. Medrano arrested Elizabeth Ann Raley for Criminal Trespass at that location. Raley had been given previous warning not to go onto the property. Judge Ronald Jones set Raley’s bond at $2,500.
• On Aug. 16, Officer Luis Medrano found several persons at the fishing pier in Riverbend Park and found that Anthony Scott Lorett had a warrant for his arrest from the Fayette County Sheriff’s department for Probation Violation on a charge of Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon. Lorett was arrested for the No Bond warrant.
• On Aug. 17, Officer Charles Harber was dispatched to a disturbance and found that Jeffery Warren Rochell had a warrant issued for his arrest for Violation of Probation on a Criminal Trespass. Rochell was arrested and later given a $5,000 bond by Judge Ronald Jones.
• On Aug. 17, Officer Glenn Addison conducted a traffic stop on Joe Miller Gosch for expired registration and found Gosch to be driving with an invalid driver’s license. Addison also found Gosch to be in possession of marijuana and in possession of a controlled substance. Gosch was arrested and given the following bond amounts; invalid driver’s license; $5,000, possession of marijuana; $5,000, and possession of a controlled substance; $10,000.
• On Aug. 22, Officer Glenn Addison was dispatched to a noise complainant and found a juvenile male to be in possession of marijuana. The juvenile was detained and later released to a parent at the request of the juvenile probation department.
