Hwy 95 will be closed to through traffic from 7 a.m. to about 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, Sept 2 for the placement of new railway tracks along the curve at the Smithville spurs.

Union Pacific said the road would close after buses make their morning run and be open before buses run in the afternoon.
