National Day of Prayer planned

The Bastrop Christian Ministerial Alliance will host a one-hour prayer event, starting at 12 p.m. on Thursday, May 3 at the Gazebo on the lawn of the county courthouse as a part of the 61st annual observance of the National Day of Prayer.
